The SELF Camp Sessions and Curricula program is designed to provide campers with a comprehensive educational foundation to make more informed decisions about overall physical and emotional health. Additionally, through both example and educational sessions, SELF Camp strongly emphasizes female leadership, active community involvement, and awareness of gender issues. Each day of SELF camp, girls attend 2-3 enriching educational sessions which feature engaging presentations, interactive activities, and a Q&A panel. SELF Camp provides an accessible, judgement-free environment in which girls can openly learn and discuss sensitive topics important to healthy adolescent development. At the end of SELF Camp, campers will have the knowledge, skills, and self-esteem to live a more healthy, informed, and confident life.
